Welcome to Kush Klinic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kushklinic.com and our cannabis delivery service in the Los Angeles area. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID, or 18 years of age or older with a valid physician's recommendation for medicinal cannabis, to use our service. Our drivers verify ID at the time of every delivery. We refuse delivery, without refund of delivery effort, to anyone who cannot present valid identification matching the order.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure, since we use it to sign you in. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the service.
Orders and payment
- All products are sold in compliance with California cannabis regulations and applicable purchase limits.
- Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
- Order minimums apply and vary by delivery area. Payment is accepted in cash and by the electronic methods offered at checkout.
- We may cancel orders we cannot verify, fulfill, or deliver safely. If a paid order is cancelled, see our Return Policy for how refunds are handled.
Delivery
Delivery is available only within our published service areas during business hours (daily, 10AM–7PM). Someone 21 or older (or a valid medicinal patient 18+) must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to resell products purchased from us, order on behalf of anyone underage, provide false identification, or use the site in any unlawful manner.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kush Klinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
