Returns

We want every order to arrive correct and in great condition. Because cannabis is a regulated product, California law limits what can be returned — but if something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

All sales are final, with exceptions

Cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except when:

  • You received the wrong item;
  • An item arrived damaged or defective (for example a broken cartridge or compromised packaging);
  • An item was missing from your delivery.

How to report a problem

Within 48 hours of delivery, use the return form below to submit your request — include your order number and a photo of the issue. You can also reach us via the chat bubble. Keep the product and its original packaging until we've resolved the issue.

How we resolve it

Depending on the situation, we will replace the item on a future delivery or issue a refund as store credit on your account. Store credit never expires and applies automatically at checkout.

Cancelled orders

If a paid order is cancelled before delivery, the amount paid is returned to you as store credit.
