Product reviews on Kush Klinic come from real customers. This page explains how reviews work and what we do to keep them trustworthy.
Who can review
Only customers who have purchased a product and had it delivered can review it — every published review is a verified purchase. Each customer can leave one review per product and may edit it later.
Moderation
Reviews are screened by our staff before publishing. We approve honest reviews whether positive or negative, but we reject reviews that contain hate speech or harassment, spam or promotion of other businesses, personal information, or content unrelated to the product.
If you edit a published review, the updated version goes back through the same screening before it reappears.
What we never do
We do not write fake reviews, pay for reviews, or edit the substance of a customer's review. Ratings shown on product pages are the average of all approved reviews.
