Return Policy

We want every order to arrive correct and in great condition. Because cannabis is a regulated product, California law limits what can be returned — but if something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

All sales are final, with exceptions

Cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except when:

  • You received the wrong item;
  • An item arrived damaged or defective (for example a broken cartridge or compromised packaging);
  • An item was missing from your delivery.

How to report a problem

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] or via the chat bubble, with your order number and a photo of the issue. Keep the product and its original packaging until we've resolved the issue.

How we resolve it

Depending on the situation, we will replace the item on a future delivery or issue a refund as store credit on your account. Store credit never expires and applies automatically at checkout.

Cancelled orders

If a paid order is cancelled before delivery, the amount paid is returned to you as store credit.
